Our Code of Conduct

Our core expectations include: Lead with respect, choose integrity every time, communicate with clarity and care, put people before ego, take ownership, protect trust and confidentiality, and create an environment of belonging.

  • Root Reach Rise maintains, in the strictest confidence, all confidential information including all (i) nonpublic information, provided such information is marked or indicated by the disclosing party to be confidential; and (ii) any information which ought reasonably be considered confidential.

  • Root Reach Rise uses AI as ethically and efficiently as possible. Each client may opt-in or opt-out of AI usage and, with their permission, AI is used for tasks such as meeting transcription, summaries, analysis, research, proofreading, or other uses deemed appropriate by the consultant. All use of AI includes human oversight and review.
